Describe the recruiting process at TEN.
The TEN HR department will review all incoming resumes within a week of receipt and distribute them to the respective hiring managers for review. If the hiring manager expresses interest in your qualifications, we may set up an initial phone interview and follow it up with an in-person interview.

When new positions come open we generally go into our applicant files to search for qualified candidates. There is no need to send your resume more than once for a specific position.

It is always best to go through the Human Resources Department. We call our managers regularly to get feedback and status checks on resumes and interviews and get you closer to becoming part of the TEN team.
