How to get help
Welcome to TEN! Here is a list of the different ways to contact us:
TEN has an extensive system of online help available. Any user with a prefix of Guide (e.g., GuideStorm, GuideBOOM) will be more than happy to help you out with questions or problems. They can usually be found in the Help arenas located within each Game.
Anyone with a prefix of TEN- is a TEN employee and can also help you with any problems you are having.
For even more information once you are online, you can look at the Support Web Site which contains all the FAQs and instructions that you could dream of. Just go to SUPPORT > SUPPORT WEB SITE while on TEN.
This is our preferred method of communication with our users. We endeavor to turn around e-mail in 24 hours, so this is the most efficient way to get all your burning questions answered.
Please include your TEN screen name in ALL correspondence so we can properly track the resolution of your problem. Without your screen name, we can't fully research your questions -- which may result in a delay for you.
